After the release of Shopify’s “One Page Checkout” it was only available for the Shopify Plus users, but on 2nd October 2023, all the Shopify merchants also migrated from 3-page checkout to the new Shopify One Page Checkout.

Steps to Check Your One Page Checkout Is Activated or Not

Follow these simple steps to check your one page checkout is active.

#1 Login to your Shopify admin dashboard.

#2 Click on the Setting option in the bottom left menu, as shown in the image.

#3 Now click on the Checkout option as shown in the image.

#4 After clicking the Checkout option, you can see the message in the image below.

This message confirms that Shopify automatically migrated the old checkout to the new one page checkout.

As a merchant, you should check all details migrated adequately so the user can get the wrong information.

How to Customize Shopify One Page Checkout?

It is easy to customize the one page checkout. You just have to follow the steps below:

Step 1 - Login to your Shopify admin panel.

Step 2: Click on the "Setting" option available on the menu on the left.

Step 3: Now click on the "Checkout" option.

Step 4: After clicking on the checkout, you can see an option for Customize Checkout, as shown in the image below.

Step 5: By clicking on the customization option, you now see the different options for editing and changing the font, color, logo, address, payments option and other details on the page.

The answer to this question is "NO" unfortunately Shopify has automatically updated all the Shopify accounts' checkout page to One page checkout on 2 October 2023. You can't keep your old checkout page or undo the update.
