How to Connect ShipStation to Shopify?
Step 1: Register on the ShipStation App
To connect ShipStation to Shopify, make sure you have already signed up and have an active account on ShipStation and Shopify.
Step 2: Login to ShipStation Account
Now, login to your ShipStation account to connect your Shopify store to it.
Step 3: Go to ShipStation Settings
Once you're on the ShipStation dashboard, select the gear or setting icon located in the upper right corner.
Step 4: Connect a Store or Marketplace
Under the "Selling Channels" section, click on "Store Setup".

- Once you select the Shopify option, you will be asked to enter your Shopify store URL. So copy and paste your store URL here, in the format yourstorename.myshopify.com.
- Now, click "Test Connection" to verify the connection.
Step 7: Authenticate with Shopify
If you haven't already logged in, Shopify will redirect you after you enter the Shopify URL.
Now Shopify will ask you to authorize the connection with ShipStation. To grant ShipStation access to your store, click "Install an unlisted app" or "Authorize."
Step 8: Configure Store Settings
After successfully connecting your Shopify store to ShipStation, you will be redirected back to ShipStation, where you need to configure the store settings, such as mapping your shipping methods, setting up automation rules, and other preferences in the options.
Step 9: Synch Your Order
After configuring all the settings, ShipStation will start importing your Shopify orders. Hold on until the entire order data syncs with ShipStation.
